This project technically started while I was carrying out the Garage Conversion in 2022, as I had to rip out the existing toilet and basin so the floor could be insulated and screeded, and I had to raise the doorway lintel because the new floor was 180 mm higher than the old concrete slab. However, it wasn’t until May 2026 that I proceeded with the majority of the work.
